Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a help desk role supporting users in a large organizational setting
- Familiarity with Windows 10, VDI, MS O365, mobile devices, and line of business applications; A+ Certification is a strong asset
- Understanding of Windows Imaging, Active Directory tools, and group policy management
- Preference for candidates with experience in large financial, healthcare, or technology organizations
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to manage workload efficiently
- A reliable, productive, and honest work ethic is essential
- Completion of a drug screening and full criminal background check is mandatory
Responsibilities
- Offer IT service desk phone support
- Provide exceptional customer service and technical assistance to end users
- Perform first-level troubleshooting and assistance for desktops and handheld devices
- Support users with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and internal application systems
- Escalate and route service desk inquiries to relevant technical teams as needed
