Must:
- Experience with Virtualization Technologies (VMWare, Hyper-V, Citrix, etc.)
- Proficiency in Windows Server versions 2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019
- Familiarity with Cloud Solutions, including Azure and AWS
- Knowledge of Active Directory
- Background in desktop support and user support
- Experience with Windows Client Operating Systems (Windows 7, 10, 11)
- Understanding of PSA or RMM tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Self-motivated, able to work independently
- Proven ability to achieve performance goals
- Solid business acumen and customer orientation
- Knowledge of IT best practices and sound judgment in service delivery
Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth integration of electronic health records (EHR) and medical imaging systems
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to analyze clinical workflows and customize IT solutions
- Implement interoperability standards for patient data exchange across healthcare platforms
