Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the IT department team on diverse projects
- Engage in tasks related to Data & Integration, API & Python development, and Help Desk Support
- Conduct testing, monitoring, and analysis of processes while reporting outcomes and progress
- Keep processes and procedures updated and maintained
- Research and propose improvements to existing processes
