Requirements
Must:
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or technical support
- Familiarity with live chat and ticket-based customer support systems
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to convey solutions clearly and step by step
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to thorough documentation
- Proficient computer skills with the aptitude to quickly learn new software
- High degree of responsibility and capability to work independently
- Ability to work in-office in Jupiter, Florida, Monday to Friday
- Willingness to work either an 11am-7pm or 1pm-9pm shift
- Preferred: Experience in SaaS support for professional services like legal and real estate
- Preferred: Background in regulated industries such as legal, insurance, healthcare, or financial services
- Preferred: Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce
- Preferred: Proven ability to write detailed bug reports and collaborate with engineering
- Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat and provide precise, helpful assistance
- Utilize internal documentation and product knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Convert unresolved chat inquiries into support tickets, ensuring thorough and accurate details
- Direct tickets appropriately, including bug reports to engineering and complex requests to the support queue
- Collaborate with engineering to reproduce and communicate issue resolutions to customers
- Maintain precise records in our CRM and ticketing system, including tagging and updates on ticket status
- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed and questions are thoroughly answered
- Participate in Zoom calls with customers to help diagnose and resolve issues
- Identify recurring questions and contribute to enhancing internal knowledge base articles and support procedures
