Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in engineering; Masters degree preferred
- 5 to 10 years of experience in design, build, and testing
- At least 5 years of program management experience with electro-optic or laser systems
- Background in systems engineering
- Strong abilities in communication and documentation
- Exceptional customer interaction skills
- Must be a U.S. citizen
Responsibilities
- Define key performance parameters for systems and manage requirements flow to subsystems
- Direct engineering and manufacturing teams throughout the complete development of active electro-optic systems
- Delegate tasks to program team members and establish priorities and objectives
- Provide updates to senior management regarding status and issues (technical, programmatic, workforce)
