Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Bachelors Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
- Masters Degree in engineering preferred
- Experience in Systems Engineering or related engineering disciplines with a focus on test requirements development
- Familiarity with test planning, documentation, and systems integration, verification, and validation
- Experience in developing and managing system requirements
- Knowledge of space-based, electro-optic hardware integration is advantageous
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Active Secret Clearance preferred
Responsibilities
- Develop test processes and equipment designs, including test configurations and systems integration
- Design hardware that is deliverable, along with ground support and specialized testing equipment
- Manage requirements and ensure traceability to system verification and validation
- Support the design, integration, and testing of complex space-based laser and electro-optical systems
- Coordinate and back design efforts by defining test requirements
- Generate documentation for component, assembly, and system level testing
