Requirements
Must:
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient with test instruments such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
- Skilled in interpreting schematics and technical documentation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and testing coverage
- Experience in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability sectors
- Maintain detailed records of test results, nonconformances, and corrective actions
- Promote ongoing enhancements in testing procedures, equipment, and best practices
- Preferred: Familiarity with space-qualified hardware, environmental testing, or flight systems
- Preferred: Knowledge of IPC standards, ESD protocols, and electronics testing best practices
- Preferred: Experience with automated testing platforms or scripting test routines
Responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans and procedures for electronic assemblies in aerospace and defense applications
- Perform functional and diagnostic evaluations on PCBs, subassemblies, and integrated units
- Analyze test data to detect issues, verify performance, and enhance product quality
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address technical challenges
- Accurately document test results, deviations, and corrective actions
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of testing processes and methodologies
