Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a technical support role
- Proven experience with desktop support and troubleshooting in a Windows 11 environment
- Familiarity with hardware and software installation and maintenance
- Capability to perform minor repairs on hardware and peripherals
- Experience with account creation and permission management
- Knowledge of networking concepts
- Strong communication skills for interacting with users
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturday shifts
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktop hardware and software issues both onsite and remotely
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and applications
- Carry out minor repairs on hardware, software, or peripheral equipment as needed
- Set up and manage user accounts and permissions
- Read and interpret technical manuals to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Image new hardware in preparation for deployment and install relevant software updates
- Support the Artiva CRM application
- Collaborate with IT team members to escalate and resolve technical problems efficiently
- Manage helpdesk ticketing system and provide users with regular updates to ensure issues are addressed within stipulated SLAs
