Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Salesforce administration, analysis, or business systems roles
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and Salesforce Azure environments
- Proficient in Microsoft software suites and general application server configuration
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and independently
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality, security, and the integrity of systems and client data
Responsibilities
- Configure various Salesforce components, including flows, objects, page layouts, picklists, reports, dashboards, and permission sets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements
- Transform requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and detailed process documentation
- Manage and prioritize the Salesforce backlog in coordination with stakeholders and IT leadership
- Assist in the planning and execution of change management processes
- Work alongside the QA team to develop test plans and facilitate user testing and validation
