Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Over 2 years of relevant experience in Salesforce administration, analysis, or business systems roles
- Preferred: Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Proficient in Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and related Azure environments
- Solid understanding of Microsoft software suites and application server configurations
- Strong troubleshooting abilities and systematic problem-solving skills
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Keen attention to detail while maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of data
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, acting as the intermediary between stakeholders and tech teams
- Convert requirements into user stories and define acceptance criteria
- Document both current and prospective state processes, along with integration mappings
- Collaborate with IS leadership to maintain and prioritize backlog items
- Assist in planning and executing change management initiatives
- Partner with QA to create test plans and support validation efforts
- Configure Sitecore CMS for the Customer Portal
- Set up the FiServe XD Online Banking platform
- Execute data mapping and testing for third-party system integrations
- Conduct tests on internal .NET applications and scheduled tasks
