Must:
- Active security clearance required
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field preferred but not mandatory
- 3-5 years of experience in a related field
- Experience with Marine Corps C4I systems and equipment
- Involvement in real-world operations mandatory
- Proficient in VLAN, VTP, port channels, and router configurations
- Knowledge of EIGRP, OSPF, GRE, and IPSec
- Familiarity with Microsoft domain services, Active Directory, and Exchange
- Experience with VMWARE ESXi and associated technologies
- Ability to create network and server architecture diagrams using Visio
- Understanding of ANW2 and MUOS networks
- Experience integrating classified networks into network architecture
- Cisco routing and switching knowledge
- Willingness to work in a 24/7 secured environment and adapt to flexible scheduling
Responsibilities
- Support the Warfighter Integration Simulation Environment (WISE) Lab
- Manage and maintain network and server infrastructure
- Optimize functionality of computing systems, ensuring uptime
- Lead hardware and software procurement and installation
- Execute data backup and recovery processes
- Conduct performance testing and monitoring for system optimization
- Offer expertise on simulation tools for warfighters and commanders
- Facilitate the integration of emerging technologies with existing Program of Record systems
- Supervise training and development of analysts on lab procedures
- Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments
- May require occasional travel in alignment with Government Customer requests
