Requirements
Must:
- Valid active security clearance required
- CompTIA Security+ certification preferred
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory
- Minimum of 5 years experience in managing teams of 5-10 personnel
- Direct involvement in real-world operations is highly desirable
- Capability to support a 24/7 operational environment with flexibility as mission needs dictate
Responsibilities
- Support the Marine Corps evolving Command and Control (C2) ecosystem
- Enable a resilient and data-centric operational capacity for the Marine Air-Ground Task Force (MAGTF)
- Steer the integration and operational use of systems like TAK, MAVEN-enabled workflows, and CAC2S
- Facilitate seamless coordination between government stakeholders and operational units
- Mentor and oversee a team of C4I professionals, ensuring performance and training management
- Ensure alignment of systems with testing, evaluation, and deployment efforts
- Provide oversight for Tier 0-2 support, maintaining responsiveness and technical quality
- Enhance the integration of emerging technologies for distributed operations
- Manage documentation such as operational reports and status updates to aid leadership decisions
- Aid in planning and executing exercises, deployments, and contingency operations
- Travel up to 25% to meet operational needs and assist in field integration efforts
Description
We are located in New Orleans, LA, and offer a full-time position with competitive pay ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 annually.
