Requirements
Must:
- Active DOD Clearance required
- Bachelors Degree is strongly preferred
- CompTIA Security+ certification is mandatory
- Proficient in operating and providing technical support for CAC2S, ADSI, and various Tactical Data Links
- Experience in managing JADOCS, executing fire missions, and overseeing software configuration and maintenance
- Knowledgeable in network administration, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and Cisco routing/switching
- Skilled in Windows Server 2008, Windows 10, Windows Server 2012, and Red Hat Linux 6.7
- Familiar with system administration tools like Microsoft Active Directory and VMware Virtualization
- Understanding of Command Center operations and C4I system applications
- Must be self-motivated, adaptable, and able to convey technical information clearly
- Willingness to travel as required
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily functions of JADOCS, ensuring efficient processing of fire missions
- Provide specialized support for system interoperability and integration
- Conduct on-site and remote training and troubleshooting for Marine Corps personnel
- Manage the configuration and upkeep of relevant software systems
- Assist in the maintenance of air communication systems for both deployed and garrison units
- Perform network troubleshooting and administrative tasks
- Engage with military units to deliver technical assistance as needed
- Collaborate effectively with teammates to support operational readiness

We are a dedicated team supporting the USMCs MCTSSA Program, specifically within the Air Systems Team. Our mission is to enhance military unit capabilities through expert C4I system support.
