IT Manager - Cloud & Infrastructure

- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field - 7-10 years of experience in IT roles, including 3+ years in leadership positions - At least one relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CCNP) - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities - Strong management skills for prioritizing multiple tasks and leading onsite teams - Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and teamwork - Experience in system administration, enterprise software, and endpoint management/security tools (e.g., Kaseya, Meraki) - Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 - Experience with PSA ticketing systems and remote IT support tools (e.g., ConnectWise) - Excellent troubleshooting abilities for complex IT challenges - Demonstrated mindset focused on process enhancement and innovation - Preferred: Knowledge of healthcare business systems - Preferred: Experience with HIPAA Security Rule compliance and technology risk management - Preferred: Experience with or for HIPAA Covered Entities or Business Associates - Preferred: Certifications such as CISSP, PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco, or Azure - Preferred: IT Asset Management and project management experience - Preferred: Innovation in digital infrastructure for sensitive healthcare data
