Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience with VMware Cloud Foundation, ideally v9, including deployment and lifecycle management.
- In-depth knowledge of vSphere, vSAN (ESA/OSA), and NSX-T networking and storage configurations.
- Familiarity with PowerCLI, JSON deployment specifications, and API integrations.
- Strong understanding of VLANs, MTU, routing, and IP addressing within enterprise environments.
- Relevant certifications such as VCP-VCF Architect or Support are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop a comprehensive VCF 9 architecture for management and workload domains.
- Execute greenfield installation of VCF 9, including management domain setup, vSphere, vSAN, and NSX configuration.
- Integrate external services such as DNS, NTP, and LDAP, ensuring readiness of the environment and post-installation validation.
- Configure SDDC Manager for patching, upgrades, and implement backup and recovery strategies for VCF components.
- Provide documentation, training, and share best practices for day-2 operations and troubleshooting with internal teams.
