Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a relevant technical field.
- 8 years of hands-on Database administration or engineering experience in an enterprise-level environment.
- 5 years of experience managing direct reports and building enterprise-grade solutions.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of diverse Database technology projects and a distributed team of engineers.
- Partner with stakeholders across various business units to influence strategic plans and roadmaps.
- Guide teams to design, implement, and modernize intelligent, reliable, and scalable database solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies with consulting partners and vendors.
- Inspire teams to achieve greatness and promote a culture of continuous learning and collaboration.
