Requirements
Must:
- Extensive understanding of CPU memory hierarchy systems and computer architecture.
- Experience with SoC architecture and its associated concepts, including northbridge and southbridge technology.
- Practical experience with FPGA and hardware emulation platforms for pre-silicon debugging.
- Strong comprehension of BIOS, OS interactions (both Windows and Linux), and driver-level failure points.
- Proven capability in leading process enhancement initiatives and mentoring team members.
Responsibilities
- Engage in system design development across the entire product lifecycle, from pre-silicon and emulation through post-silicon and software validation.
- Deliver technical presentations, showcasing a solid grasp of hardware architecture and systems design expertise.
- Collaborate with Design, Software, Tools, and other teams to establish testing and debugging methodologies to ensure thorough coverage and superior customer experience.
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting issues in northbridge and memory interconnect systems during pre-silicon, bring-up, validation, and production stages.
- Develop and implement validation strategies, enable features, and create unit test plans to ensure system reliability.
