Must:
We are looking for a candidate with a four-year technical degree or equivalent work experience. You should possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 7/8.1/10, along with Microsoft Office 2013 & 365, is essential, as well as familiarity with common internet browsers. Knowledge of Citrix, Adobe products, and mobile devices such as iPhones/iPads and Android devices is also required. Additionally, a working understanding of Windows Internals, Networking Fundamentals, and Information Security Fundamentals is necessary.
Responsibilities
In the role of Site Analyst, you will serve as a local resource to address technical challenges that necessitate face-to-face interaction or local expertise. You will research and resolve technical issues for end users, functioning as primary level 1/2 support when needed. Your responsibilities will include providing training and education to the local end-user community on IS systems and processes, as well as creating, updating, and reviewing knowledge base documents related to the local site. Furthermore, you will collaborate with vendors or third-party companies for advanced troubleshooting, monitoring, and installations.
