Must:
I am seeking a candidate with 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer and at least 3 years of experience working with ServiceNow in a full workflow design capacity (not in a ticketing environment). While GRC experience, including knowledge of issue management, risk management, risk events, IRM, and ERM, is desired, candidates should be comfortable identifying and utilizing out-of-the-box features. Additionally, I appreciate candidates with mapping experience and those who have financial services experience. CAD Certification in ServiceNow is a plus but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will expect you to build pages and views from scratch and construct customized workflows using JavaScript and TypeScript. You'll be tasked with pulling data in and out of Kafka while actively interacting with business partners, including Compliance and Risk Executives.
Description
This position is part of the Enterprise Functions Technology group, which supports ServiceNow, specifically the issue management tool that is tied to RCSA. You will take ownership of RCSA within ServiceNow for multiple groups across our Enterprise. We are looking for someone with 7-10 years of experience as a software engineer and a solid understanding of creating customized workflows. This is a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC, with a contract term of 12 months (W2).
