I am looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a similar field. You should have at least 5 years of experience in finance systems development and administration, with demonstrated expertise in Zuora Billing, Subscription Management, and Revenue Recognition. Proven experience with Zuora configurations, custom development, and integrations with ERP systems like NetSuite is essential. Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills in dynamic environments are a must. A commitment to continuous learning and the ability to adapt to evolving technological and regulatory landscapes is also necessary.
Responsibilities
As a Zuora Systems Developer, you will serve as a subject matter expert in Zuora Billing and Subscription Management, providing advanced technical knowledge and platform governance. You will design and develop custom solutions and integrations to enhance Zuora's capabilities by leveraging APIs and development tools. Additionally, you will lead end-user support initiatives, which will include troubleshooting, configuration, and user provisioning within Zuora. Automating finance workflows related to subscription lifecycle management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition will be part of your responsibilities. You will also document and maintain procedures, policies, and system configurations for Zuora and related integrations.
Description
This role is based in our IT Systems department, supporting global finance, sales, and systems teams. We prefer a location in Seattle, WA or Provo, UT, though opportunities are available in Dallas, TX and Reston, VA. Our hybrid work model allows you to work in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, while Wednesdays and Fridays can be remote. For candidates relocating more than 50 miles, we offer a relocation bonus as part of the job offer.
