Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of three years of experience in medical device systems engineering or a similar regulated field.
- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical and software engineering principles.
- Familiarity with system modeling languages such as SysML or UML and requirement management tools including DOORS, JIRA, or TrackWise.
- Proven ability to collaborate with diverse, global teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and analytical abilities with a proactive stance on technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Guide the technical direction of medical device products throughout their lifecycle, from development through to post-market strategies.
- Identify clinical and user requirements, translating them into comprehensive product specifications and design solutions.
- Oversee product specifications, traceability, risk management, and design history files to guarantee compliance with quality standards.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges, minimize risks, and inspire innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and IEC regulations and standards across all engineering operations.
