Must:
We are looking for candidates with experience in managing data communication systems and network infrastructure. You should have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, enabling you to quickly diagnose and resolve issues. Familiarity with network hardware, protocols, and standards is essential, including hands-on experience with the installation and maintenance of network equipment. The capability to research new networking products and assess their fit for our organizational needs is also important. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both vendors and team members are required.

Responsibilities

In the role of Lead Systems Admin, you will oversee the coordination and execution of data communication systems to guarantee smooth network operations. Your responsibilities will include efficiently diagnosing network issues, troubleshooting problems accurately, and clearly communicating solutions to team members and end-users. You will manage the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of network equipment and infrastructure. Additionally, you will conduct research on networking products, services, protocols, and standards to assist in procurement and development efforts. Developing policies, procedures, and documentation related to network operations and problem resolution will be part of your role as well.
