Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of pertinent IT experience
- At least two (2) years of experience in solution architecture
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices across modules such as CMDB, Discovery, and Service Management
- Prior experience working with agile teams and methodologies is preferred
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the overall solution architecture strategy and roadmap for business projects
- Act as an architectural guide for cross-functional solution delivery, ensuring cohesive, value-driven designs
- Engage with business stakeholders and architectural teams to facilitate solution integration
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business and architectural strategies
- Promote data integrity and governance through process evolution and adoption
- Mentor teams on solution architecture best practices across various architecture domains
- Address complex integration challenges across systems and applications
- Design interfaces for data reuse, including end-user reports and APIs
- Represent solution architecture in strategic discussions, collaborating with IT and Cybersecurity teams
- Align business needs with technical implementation to effectively solve core business challenges
Description
