Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 7 years of experience in production support.
- Strong proficiency in the following technologies is essential:
- WebSphere
- Linux
- JBoss
- Kubernetes & Containers
- Splunk
- Dynatrace
- Experience in supporting financial center applications is highly favored.
- Familiarity with Glassbox is a bonus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are necessary.
- You must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
Responsibilities
- You will provide advanced troubleshooting and assistance for production systems.
- Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to address complex issues.
- Monitor system performance utilizing tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, and Glassbox.
- Offer support for containerized applications within Kubernetes environments.
- Participate in on-call rotations and incident management.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
- Assist with deployments and hotfixes in production settings.
