Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in IT, Supply Chain, or a related field (Masters degree preferred but not obligatory)
- Over 7 years of experience in managing ERP solutions, particularly within the manufacturing and distribution sectors
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), specifically in Supply Chain, Warehouse Management, Planning, Forecasting, and Manufacturing modules
- Strong comprehension of ERP architecture and integrations, including WMS, MES, and third-party logistics systems
- Exceptional leadership, project management, and communication skills with stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Lead and enhance Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) functionalities across warehouse management, forecasting, planning, and manufacturing
- Oversee daily operations and performance of the D365 environment, ensuring efficiency and scalability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimal business and operational processes, ensuring data accuracy and supporting data-driven decision-making
- Supervise and nurture an ERP team focused on enhancements, integrations, and ongoing improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Manage solution design, configuration, and deployment to streamline workflows and lower operational costs
