Requirements
Must:
- B.S. degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, with leadership roles in plant operations.
- Demonstrated project management capabilities, particularly in manufacturing, ideally within the CPG or food manufacturing sectors.
- In-depth understanding of equipment reliability, asset management strategies, and methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership abilities, emphasizing adherence to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Direct the Plant Engineering and Maintenance operations to guarantee safe and efficient functioning of equipment, facilities, and systems.
- Execute initiatives for continuous improvement aimed at enhancing safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
- Lead and cultivate a high-performing maintenance team to ensure timely and quality outputs.
- Oversee project management tasks, including capital budgeting and execution, to align with financial objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance production line efficiency and uphold food safety and quality protocols.
