Requirements
Must:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application security, secure development, and vulnerability management
- Proficient in using tools such as Veracode and Burp Suite
- Strong coding and scripting skills in Java and Python, with knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Familiar with OWASP Top 10, SANS 25, and principles of cloud security (AWS, Azure)
Responsibilities
- Perform application security assessments leveraging SAST, SCA, and DAST tools
- Incorporate security testing into CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams
- Address and resolve vulnerabilities in Java, .NET, and Python applications by adhering to secure coding standards
- Ensure compliance with security frameworks including NIST, PCI-DSS, SOX, and CIS
- Assist in incident response and develop security alerts for threat detection
