- Partner with support team to maintain 24/7 SCADA system availability and reliability.
- Diagnose communication issues, device configurations, tag definitions, and SQL table entries to uphold system integrity.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing system performance and dependability.
