SAP S/4 Finance Security Design and Delivery

- Define, design, and implement new security roles and controls to facilitate financial activities on the SAP S/4 platform. - Work closely with IT engineering, finance, and internal controls teams to design, test, and roll out new finance security roles for SAP S/4. - Partner with the SAP S/4 Program Management team to organize and align work efforts across all SAP S/4 workstream teams. - Identify, define, and activate segregation of duties controls for SAP S/4 Fiori apps, SAP GUI transactions, etc., within SAP GRC. - Ensure identification of critical business processes, Fiori apps, and SAP GUI transactions, along with activating corresponding controls in SAP GRC. - Consult with finance teams to allocate end-users to each new SAP S/4 security role. - Collaborate with the SAP security team to establish and activate new SAP S/4 security roles and controls in SAP GRC. - Engage with various teams to develop user acceptance testing (UAT) cases and sign-off criteria. - Assist in the execution and resolution of UAT issues for SAP S/4 security roles. - Verify and conduct smoke tests for new security roles and controls upon release to production. - Provide hyper-care support and address any bugs post-production release. - Help create training materials and conduct training sessions for users. - Document and safeguard all materials related to the SAP S/4 security workstream.
