Requirements
Must:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or an equivalent technical discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical engineering role, ideally within manufacturing settings.
- Proficiency in process flow diagrams, CAD designs, and data analysis.
- We are also open to candidates with over 3 years of engineering experience, especially those familiar with HMI systems such as Wonderware.
- Understanding of thermodynamics or principles of heat transfer is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and uphold reliable, safe production systems to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
- Identify, design, and implement innovative solutions to improve process capability and performance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts, which include kaizen events and process optimization initiatives.
- Analyze process irregularities and facilitate corrective actions using structured problem-solving methods.
- Collaborate with shift teams to sustain performance and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
