Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee project budgets and cost baselines to maintain financial oversight and accountability.
- Monitor actual expenses against planned budgets, delivering precise forecasts and uncovering potential savings.
- Track the physical progress of engineering, procurement, and construction tasks utilizing earned value management (EVM) principles.
- Assess scope modifications, keep change logs, and evaluate claims and variations to ensure projects remain on schedule.
- Identify project risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and assist in monitoring contract and commercial performance.
