Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent through work experience, consulting, training, military service, or education.
- Proven background in intelligent automation and workflow delivery.
- Familiarity with various automation technologies, particularly within financial services and investment banking.
- Experience in overseeing multiple Product Owners and development teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic advisory skills, capable of solving complex, cross-LOB challenges.
- Track record of driving operational efficiency and delivering measurable cost reductions.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the strategy and roadmap for low-code/no-code automation platforms.
- Lead the development of workflow and controls automation initiatives.
- Oversee multiple L1 Product Owners and ensure alignment across various teams.
- Manage several delivery teams simultaneously to achieve project goals.
- Advise senior leadership on automation strategies and operational model enhancements.
- Mitigate operational risks through the automation of manual control processes.
- Support the delivery of scalable, audit-friendly automation solutions.
