Requirements
Must:
- I require a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a similar field.
- I am looking for someone with over 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Hands-on experience with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, TPM, or other continuous improvement strategies is essential.
- Strong organizational and project management capabilities are necessary.
- You should possess the ability to influence change and inspire cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- I need you to lead and execute Lean and DMAIC-based improvement initiatives that support key performance indicators in the plant.
- You will coach and mentor team members in various Continuous Improvement tools like root cause analysis, 5S, and Leader Standard Work.
- It is crucial for you to drive and maintain a culture of improvement through training, audits, and a Continuous Improvement operating system.
- You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to pinpoint efficiency opportunities and prioritize initiatives with high impact.
- Facilitating Kaizen events and disseminating best practices across plant operations will also be part of your role.
