Requirements
Must:
- Proficient Excel abilities, including PivotTables, modern formulas, data cleansing, and Power Query experience.
- Extensive Power BI expertise in constructing and elucidating end-to-end solutions: data ingestion, transformation, modeling, DAX measures, report design, publishing, and sharing.
- Strong comprehension of data modeling principles such as relationships, star schema, and dimensional thinking.
- Proven data analysis skills: establishing KPIs/metrics, validating outcomes, and clearly conveying insights to non-technical audiences.
- Established experience in teaching, coaching, or enabling others with an emphasis on skill transfer, coupled with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, consultations, and interactive training on Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and other tech products.
- Guide associates on using Copilot and AI-assisted features to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and expedite knowledge work.
- Keep updated with Microsoft 365, Copilot, and Power Platform feature advancements and convert changes into actionable insights for associates.
- Offer ad-hoc support and troubleshooting during associates technology integration journeys, with a focus on teach-back and skill acquisition.
- Conduct engaging and well-organized training sessions and demonstrations tailored to diverse audiences, from beginners to advanced users.
