Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience with application support and system analysis in a technical environment
- Familiarity with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Strong understanding of transit operations management applications, specifically HASTUS
- Proficient in documentation of functional and technical specifications
- Experience in troubleshooting application-related issues and providing user support
- Ability to configure application components and manage data elements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Capable of handling sensitive information confidentially
- Willingness to participate in on-call support and flexible working hours
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis for the entire SDLC, including requirements gathering and solution design
- Assist in creating detailed specifications for system modifications and enhancements
- Configure functional components of the application and manage foundational data elements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation such as troubleshooting guides and configuration manuals
- Provide second-level support for application functionality and configuration issues
- Handle user-reported application issues, escalating as necessary
- Manage user access provisioning, including account creation and permission updates
- Perform maintenance and configurations within the application environment
- Schedule and monitor batch processes while troubleshooting related issues
- Execute ad-hoc data queries and generate reports as needed
- Offer insights to the QA team to aid in the development of test scripts
- Maintain professionalism in customer interactions and inquiries
- Participate in an on-call support rotation for emergencies 24/7 while available
- Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned
