Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a Science discipline from an accredited institution, preferably in electrical, systems, or industrial engineering. You should have one to three years of experience in the development, evaluation, and support of manufacturing or assembly processes. The ideal individual will have technical proficiency in data management systems, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and be skilled in Microsoft tools, including SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Grafana. Additionally, strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities are essential, along with the capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will drive the comprehension of operational performance by developing and maintaining analysis tools for production reporting to facilitate fast decision-making. I will lead projects aimed at creating processes, procedures, and interfaces that improve production awareness for final assembly products, sub-assemblies, and new product introductions. Collaboration with engineering and technical support teams will be crucial for the implementation of new systems for equipment launches or adjustments. I will maintain and execute process verification and validation procedures, which include automated assembly stations, and manage reports and documentation. I will also support troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and data management for assembly and inspection equipment, leveraging tools such as Power BI and PowerApps.
