Requirements
Must:
- Ability to oversee and maintain multiple software development and integration initiatives.
- Proven experience in leading software design and architectural processes.
- Demonstrated capability to introduce new concepts and persuade colleagues.
- Strong commitment to learning new technologies and pursuing opportunities to apply acquired knowledge.
- Practical understanding of Agile software development principles and their implementations.
- Experience with architected asynchronous systems, employing tools like Kafka or similar technologies.
- Proficiency with cloud service providers such as AWS and Azure.
- Familiarity with identity management or authentication solutions, preferably Okta.
Responsibilities
- Develop and promote the adoption of platform development standards and architectural patterns throughout the organization.
- Facilitate the technical delivery of SPE software components by recognizing and addressing risks, privacy issues, cybersecurity, and legal constraints related to project execution.
- Lead the design of new feature requests that are both scalable and robust.
- Align SPE technical solutions with technologies supported by Lilly.
- Provide technical assessments of proposed project concepts, software modifications, and upcoming product launches.
