Responsibilities

In this role, I expect you to support the execution of risk management practices within infrastructure automation domains. You will monitor deliverables from the Risk Integration Support Environment (RISE), ensuring timely validation by the System of Record (SOR) and proactively identifying and escalating any blockers. You’ll also ensure that the enterprise process requirements and performance objectives are met across Strategic Performance Indicators (SPI), particularly where we manage Enterprise Risk Handling (ERH). Your responsibilities will include identifying and addressing anomalies throughout the month and ensuring that our controls and metrics facilitate sustainable issue resolution. You will keep an eye on committed End-of-Life (EOL) remediation dates, establishing routines to review plans with product managers to proactively identify changes and drivers. It’ll be your duty to provide timely updates to senior management. Additionally, you will drive vulnerability remediation within service level agreements (SLA) or provide a solid justification for Exception Risk Processes (ERP). Tracking and analyzing vulnerabilities, documenting and escalating ERPs, and collaborating with teams for resolution will be part of your routine. You will also need to capture, analyze, and manipulate risk-related data. While direct technical work is not the main focus of this position, you will need technical proficiency to communicate effectively with development teams and monitor execution. Lastly, you will act as a liaison between governance and development teams, ensuring alignment with our automation standards and risk protocols.
