Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of direct production support experience with Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Directory, PKI, and Splunk.
- Proficient Linux skills coupled with a strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP).
- Deep comprehension of Information Security principles and practices.
- Experience operating within ITIL frameworks and managing incident/problem processes.
- Exceptional communication abilities and a proven proactive work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support for IAM applications such as Ping Access, Ping Federate, Ping Directory, PKI, and Splunk.
- Handle problem triage, service restoration, root cause analysis, and coordination of resolutions for global IAM services.
- Maintain and support the infrastructure for IAM including Single Sign-On, Directory Services, Federated Identity, and authentication tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure security and operational effectiveness across IAM platforms.
- Follow ITIL frameworks and best practices to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery.
