- Meet or surpass production cost schedules while maintaining quality standards
- Stay informed on quality standards and communicate departmental quality objectives
- Leverage resources to address and resolve quality issues
- Inspire, train, and mentor employees to perform their roles effectively using standardized methods
- Ensure team members receive appropriate Just-In-Time (JIT) job instruction training
