Requirements
Must:
- I require a minimum of 5 years of experience working with electrical systems in high-availability environments, such as data centers, hospitals, or manufacturers.
- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is essential.
- I expect experience with building management systems (EPMS) and familiarity with maintenance procedures for chillers, pumps, and CRAH systems.
- You must possess OSHA or an OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification.
- Preferred qualifications include an EPA Refrigerant License.
Responsibilities
- I need you to perform maintenance and troubleshooting of building management systems (EPMS) to ensure the optimal operation of critical infrastructure.
- You will follow detailed procedures for maintaining and repairing chiller, chilled water pump, and CRAH systems, particularly during system downtimes.
- Utilize supplier-provided Windows 11 laptops and other tools to effectively document and manage your work tasks.
- Work on-site during scheduled day shifts, which includes 12-hour shifts on Thursday through Saturday, with the possibility of rotating schedules.
- Collaborate with team members to support system redundancy and ensure continuous operation of essential systems.
