Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support for neuromodulation products, aiding healthcare professionals, field representatives, and patients in device troubleshooting and diagnostics.
- Analyze system connectivity, decipher technical instructions, and guide users through product use and troubleshooting procedures.
- Function effectively within a regulated medical device environment, ensuring adherence to industry standards and protocols.
- Record technical issues, solutions, and support interactions comprehensively and accurately.
- Assist with system connectivity, firmware/software interactions, and data security requirements pertaining to medical devices.
