Requirements
Must:
- At least 7 years of experience in troubleshooting electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
- Demonstrated capability to handle multiple projects and travel effectively
- Strong technical expertise in industrial inkjet printers and production line machinery
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 22 weeks annually across the U.S., by air
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field service projects ensuring prompt and effective delivery
- Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of industrial equipment at client locations
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams for project cohesion
- Coordinate travel logistics and scheduling for field technicians and yourself
- Contribute to enhancements in processes, documentation, and laboratory testing activities
