We are looking for someone with significant experience utilizing GitHub Actions for CI/CD and ServiceNow for change management. Familiarity with tools such as Harness, Helm, Kubernetes, and automation for continuous deployment is essential. You should have a solid understanding of observability and dashboard solutions like Dynatrace, Power BI, or Grafana. Additionally, you will benefit from experience in implementing governance frameworks, audit trails, and processes to maintain environment consistency. Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you will need to convert technical information into business-friendly language while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will define and enforce the lifecycle policies for feature toggles and maintain comprehensive documentation to ensure centralized visibility. You will be responsible for constructing and managing dashboards that display environment deployments, toggle states, configuration history, and release status. Your work will involve integrating feature management tools with CI/CD pipelines, automating environment checks, and guaranteeing traceability from commitment to production. Additionally, you will develop quality engineering strategies that account for toggles to ensure stable and consistent deployments across all environments. Conducting governance audits, generating leadership reports, and serving as the primary point of contact for release readiness and compliance will also be part of your responsibilities.
