Requirements

Must:
- 2-3 years of experience in implementations or related technical support and client success roles. - Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows and Apple operating systems. - Knowledge of high-level concepts associated with Terminal Services, Cloud Based Software, and Software as a Service (SaaS). - Familiarity with home and business networks, both wired and wireless, including various network technologies and peripherals such as switches, routers, modems, and printers. - Understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, and firewalls. - Knowledge of internet connectivity methods, including cable, DSL, satellite, and dial-up. - Comprehension of Terminal Services functions and limitations, as well as configuration of software and hardware in those settings. - Previous experience with Salesforce, Confluence, and G Suite (preferred). - Basic understanding of load-balanced servers and distributed computing. - Familiarity with Virtual Machines and their varying setups.

Responsibilities

- Integrate and implement software solutions, hardware, and services for new client accounts. - Remotely install integrated hardware and software for clients. - Set up and configure integrated hardware as needed. - Input client processing account credentials into partner software. - Configure integration with partner software for seamless functionality. - Test integrated features to ensure full operational capacity. - Train clients on utilizing integrated features and reporting tools. - Document all client interactions clearly and accurately in accordance with departmental procedures. - Provide customized training for standalone hardware and online portals based on client requirements. - Offer tailored training on best practices for online payment processes and reporting based on clients business needs. - Educate clients on integrated business analytics tools. - Train clients on the use and functionality of non-integrated, standalone EMV devices. - Approach every client interaction with the specific needs of the client in mind, ensuring a personal touch. - Deliver a White Glove experience that emphasizes our commitment to their success. - Help clients recognize the value of our software solutions and services beyond functionality. - Monitor client business timelines and follow up on important onboarding milestones. - Gather and address client feedback, coordinating with other departments to enhance their experience continuously. - Collaborate with partners and internal teams to refine documentation and resolve client issues. - Utilize Gmail, Google Meetings, and other G Suite services for communication with clients and internal teams. - Adhere to PCI processes and procedures, ensuring proper data verification during client interactions. - Assist clients with their PCI-related inquiries effectively. - Follow up with clients after their go-live date to ensure successful processing and offer further training as necessary. - Facilitate communication between clients and relevant parties for inquiries or requests.
