Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience working in Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Proficient in using JIRA, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools, as well as Slack
- Solid understanding of API integrations and troubleshooting
- Background in Payments / POS systems preferred
- Candidates with both hardware and software experience will be prioritized
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, Engineering, and various stakeholders
- Strong documentation capabilities and communication skills
- Experience is valued over formal education (no coding necessary, but technical aptitude is crucial)
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requests and formulate automation-based solutions
- Convert business and user requirements into precise system specifications
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define needs and engage with Principal Software Engineers for technical direction
- Maintain, prioritize, and refine the team backlog, including user stories and technical debts
- Lead the refinement process of the backlog and arrange story sequencing to align with delivery schedules
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate stories for final approval
- Present finalized features to Product Management for endorsement
- Partner with UX, Technical Writing, and various cross-functional stakeholders
- Coordinate with Development Managers on release planning and verification
- Document and enable feature flags, along with post-general availability cleanup
- Identify and mitigate delivery obstacles proactively
- Enhance collaboration with downstream technical teams
