Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or masters degree in a related technical field, or equivalent relevant professional experience
- At least 5 years of software development experience with a bachelors degree, or at least 3 years with a masters degree
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java or Kotlin
- Skilled in designing and building RESTful APIs and applying object-oriented programming principles (e.g., SOLID principles, domain-driven design)
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable products and solutions with high-quality, clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Identify opportunities for process and technology enhancements, and contribute to their adoption and execution
- Support production systems, including troubleshooting issues and facilitating their resolution
- Innovate and propose alternative solutions to challenges while removing obstacles and ensuring issues are resolved
- Create and update documentation for knowledge sharing among team members
- Actively engage in group technology reviews to evaluate work of oneself and others
- Collaborate in the creation of user stories with team members and product managers
- Work closely with Senior and Principal Developers, alongside the Product Manager, to identify effective problem-solving strategies
