Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Over 8 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, showcasing robust expertise in Okta
- Demonstrated history of architecting and deploying Okta solutions within enterprise settings
- In-depth knowledge of authentication and federation protocols, including SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
- Experience integrating Okta with Active Directory / LDAP and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
- Solid understanding of Zero Trust architecture and ICAM principles
- Proficient in API integrations, web services, and microservices-based architectures
- Experienced in development and automation tools, including Git and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with SQL and data analysis for IAM reporting and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise IAM solutions utilizing Okta
- Define and execute Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), lifecycle management, and federation strategies
- Architect and manage Okta integrations with enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and legacy systems
- Establish and uphold IAM governance, policies, and standards that align with security frameworks and compliance (e.g., NIST, Zero Trust)
- Design identity lifecycle management processes, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and role-based access control (RBAC/ABAC)
- Offer technical leadership and direction to IAM engineers and cross-functional teams
- Assess and enhance system performance, scalability, and the security posture of IAM solutions
- Spearhead incident response and remediation efforts for identity and access-related issues
- Conduct security assessments, audits, and risk analyses for IAM systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into scalable identity architectures
- Stay informed about Okta roadmap, IAM trends, and emerging technologies to foster continuous improvement
