Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Networking with 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, or disaster recovery, or 3-6 years of relevant experience.
- Familiarity with system administration.
- Experience in crafting technical documentation.
- Proven ability to think critically and apply skills beyond daily operations.
- Demonstrated success in using technical resources and collaborating for problem resolution.
- Effective communication of technical information in accessible language, both in writing and verbally.
- Strong teamwork capabilities and self-motivation within a dynamic environment, along with awareness of industry trends.
- Basic understanding of financial impact analysis.
- Understanding of basic monitoring concepts and tools, with the ability to troubleshoot logs and simple code issues independently.
- Technical expertise or engineering support for cloud solutions.
- Fundamental knowledge of security best practices.
- Ability to create basic scripts for automation.
Responsibilities
- Engage with business partners and vendors to collect relevant information, supporting leadership and project teams in identifying system needs.
- Contribute to the formulation of future plans, resource requirements, migration strategies, and project timelines.
- Engineer, document, implement, and support solutions at the component level, focusing on configuration, troubleshooting, optimization, and relevant metrics.
- Provide data to leadership regarding risks identified in business analyses, site assessments, and disaster recovery plans.
- Foster technical knowledge and business acumen within the relevant discipline or function.
