Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Computer Networking
- 4 to 7 years of experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, or cloud computing, or 6 to 9 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience with system administration and ability to design and document processes and procedures
- Experience leading operational hand-offs and technical projects
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, PKI, and Group Policy
- Expertise in problem-solving complex issues
- Ability to communicate sensitive information clearly to diverse audiences, including senior leadership
- Proven capacity to influence decisions within the organization
- Experience in optimizing costs and assessing financial impacts
- Proficiency in monitoring tools and independent decision-making regarding monitoring settings
- Strong skills in scripting and automation, specifically with PowerShell or Ansible
Responsibilities
- Lead discussions with business partners and vendors to gather requirements and perform feasibility analyses
- Collaborate with leadership, architecture, and project teams to identify system necessities and write system specifications
- Create and deliver presentations to Engineering, Architecture Review Boards, and partners
- Design, support, and maintain custom system integrations based on customer needs
- Identify risks and ensure proper processes are followed for capturing and acting on issues
- Mentor less experienced engineers and maintain technical compliance with policies and methodologies
